On September 18th of every year, National Cheeseburger Day is celebrated.  Not that we need any special reason to eat a tasty burger topped with cheese, this day gives us one.  We have Lionel Sternberger, a young chef who worked in his family’s restaurant, to thank for creating the delicious cheeseburger. Time to get out the grill or head over to your favorite fast food joint.  Enjoy!
