Gentle Flow Yoga Oldtown Meditation Center will be held on February 27, 2024.  Greetings friends!  It’s a new year, and we know you’ve got some wellness goals!

This class, led by Kathy Saephanh, is perfect for anyone who is totally new to yoga and wants to start with a strong foundation. It’s also great for those with some experience who would like to fine tune the basics. Mantra meditation and breathwork will also be included for a well rounded yoga practice.

Open to all levels. No experience necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat or borrow from the studio, a water bottle, and arrive 15 minutes early. Pre-registration required. Text Kathy at: 310-961-1109. Donations are accepted and 100% goes towards the OM Center and their free offerings.
